Building mental health through respect for individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you knew me, you would know that when I hear a melody, my body inevitably starts to dance<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n <\/section>\n

I started my professional career as a teacher for many years. My path shifted from education to psychology because as a teacher, I had a close relationship with my students and their families, and I noticed that I needed new resources and knowledge to better support them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I understand that it is impossible to separate emotion from learning. Thus, I embarked on a journey of no return that has completely transformed me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychology has given me tools to promote mental health, and psychoanalysis has allowed me to delve into the complexity of the human being and the importance of care and respect in relationships (with others, with ourselves, and with the environment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, my work has been to address the individual or family needs of each case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, I am a child and adolescent psychologist as well as an adult psychologist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n <\/section>\n

I like to think of the practice of psychology as a shared dance (which has little to do with dancing alone), as a movement that requires harmoniously synchronizing several bodies, without jerks or stepping on toes. Psychotherapy is a meeting that seeks change, and my passion is to accompany those who want to start dancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
