I am a Therapist of Human Biography, expert in Mindfulness and support in maternity, for adults and adolescents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I worked for 10 years in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit of the Hospital San Juan de Dios, in Barcelona. It was a period in which I learned a lot about how to accompany adolescents in their distress by providing tools to families in their process. Then, love took me to Paris where I lived for several years and where I worked in the care of autistic children and their families. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interest in the body, as a fundamental part of physical and mental well-being, led me to practice and study yoga and meditation. For several years, I trained teachers in France and Spain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the adventure of motherhood, I trained with Laura Gutman, an expert in the primary bond. Her methodology delves into the need to understand Emotional Fusion in childhood as a basis for feeling loved, safe, and happy. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n <\/section>\n

That, together with the Master’s degree from the Carl Rogers Institute of person-centered psychotherapy, has contributed a lot to me both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, I dedicate myself to individual and group psychotherapy, advise companies committed to caring for their organizational well-being, and collaborate with the United Nations on issues of creativity and social impact. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/section>\n
